Rajiv Patil Pharate, the founder of this organization, was not allowed to stay healthy with the noble aim of getting quality education, Pharate decided to provide quality education in Mandavgan Pharata Village itself through Wagheshwar Gram Vikas Pratishthan under one roof.

Loknete Shri Dadapatil Pharate College of Pharmacy was established. The dream of getting good quality education in one place from KG to M. Pharmacy in rural areas was fulfilled while for the first time in Shirur taluka all kinds of education was provided in remote rural areas. The gates of knowledge were opened to the girls in rural areas who always wanted to Purpose higher education like pharmacy but could not get it due to lack of conditions. While setting up the institute, the founding president of the institute, Shri Rajiv Pharate-Patil had to face many difficulties the bigger the goal the bigger the challenges but he did not give up the students of Mumbai are studying today while setting up the institute three degree course namely BBA, BCA and BCS started separate hostel with all facilities for the students coming for education at pargav Pune university also rated the technical assignment as “excellent”.
