Formulate the policy to investigate and review complaints or grievances of Staff and faculties.
Create awareness of availability of members for Staff and faculties to report grievances.
Investigate the causes of the grievances.
Ensure effectual solution depending upon the gravity of the grievance.

Suggestion / complaint Box have been installed in all the department blocks in which the Faculty/staff, drop their grievances and their suggestions for improving the Academics / Administration in the College.
